All our services and fitness packages are designed with that in mind and our on-boarding process was created so you can make the best out of being part of the Team Howell community.

During your complimentary consultation our team will recommend which package may serve you the best based on your exercise history, fitness goals and commitment level. When you come on-board you will first be assessed by one of our expert coaches and taken through 1-2-1 coaching sessions that will allow you to understand how Team Howell sessions are set-up and will equip you with the technical and practical skills you need to make the most out of your future semi-private sessions. Your coach will teach your the correct exercise technique on the main lifts and design your workout plan based on the assessment results. 


Ideal for anyone who needs the accountability and guidance of a face to face coach. Exercising in a small group will give you the benefits of working towards your goals with like-minded people and having a trainer in your corner to keep you accountable and supervise your exercise technique.
