Teens...Improve your overall endurance, agility, speed and strength with Team Howell's Teen Training Camp June 20-July 15. This four week program is designed for 7th-12th grade teens who are interested in developing athletic skills that will lend to overall performance on the field.
Get ready to have some fun this summer while you improve your overall athletic abilities.
Dates: June 20 - July 15, 2016 (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
Start Time: 10:45 am warm-up (15min) | Class runs 11:00 am - 12:00/12:15 pm
You can register in advance for the class below or stop by Team Howell Fitness during the week between 4-6pm.

Please ensure your child has a good meal 1-1/2 hours prior to the workouts and that they stay hydrated too.
Bring a water-bottle- you can fill it at the gym.
Wear gym attire - shorts, t-shirt and bring your gym shoes.
