FACILITY/ SCHEDULE / CLASS DESCRIPTIONS 

 
TEAM HOWELL FITNESS is in a 5,000+ square foot warehouse space, located in Winona's west end of town. TEAM HOWELL FITNESS Center offers a clean, friendly up to date gym atmosphere.

 The gym is equipped with: 

  • 1500 sq ft. of mat space 
  • Heavy, speed, uppercut, double-end, and Muay Thai bags, throwing dummies and other boxing equipment
  • Free weights and cardio equipment (Treadmills, Stairmasters, Elliptical's Rowing Machine, and Airdyne Bikes)
  • Lockers rooms, lockers and bathrooms  
  • Parking Lot
  • Combination lock allowing students 24/7 access to the gym
  • Private Classes available for boxing, kickboxing, MMA, weight training and cardio/weight loss.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

AMATEUR BOXING: With Bill Pomeroy-Whether you're looking to improve your stand up  or just improve general physical fitness and facilitate weight loss, this is the class for you.  This class incorporates proper boxing technique into a high energy, intense workout which includes various focus mitt, heavy bag, and circuit training routines. 

OPEN GYM
:  Team Howell Students will have access to the gym 24/7...use any of the bags, mats, weights or cardio equipment.  Come and go as you please as there will be no formal instruction during these times.

SPARRING/OPEN MAT
:  Upon instructors approval.  Utilize skills learned in a live situation against other students.

WOMEN'S CIRCUIT TRAININGThis is a fast paced full body workout of non-stop intense conditioning that will get you in the best shape of your life.  We will utilize conventional and unconventional methods of training,  Running, plyos, weights, circuits and body weight excises just to name a few.  Getting in the best shape of your life isn't easy.  

MIXED MARTAIL ARTS (MMA):  We will focus on technique from Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Wrestling to become a complete mixed martial arts fighter.  In addition to MMA, class will consist of conditioning exercises.  Regardless of Whether your goal is to compete, learn to defend yourself or achieve excellent physical conditioning, this is the class you've been looking for.
